How does Ivy know when to water my plant?
Ivy uses built-in soil moisture sensors to continuously monitor your plant's hydration levels. When the soil gets too dry, Ivy automatically waters your plant with the exact amount it needs — no guessing, no overwatering.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders above €30 are shipped for free. You'll always see the exact cost before confirming your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple- and Google Pay and local payment methods including iDEAL for Dutch customers or Bancontact in Belgium.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
How long does the water reservoir last?
The Ivy reservoir holds enough water to keep your plant hydrated for up to 2–4 weeks, depending on the plant type and environment. You'll receive a notification when it's time to refill.
Which plants work best with Ivy?
Ivy works with a wide variety of indoor plants, including pothos, peace lilies, ferns, and succulents. During setup, you simply select your plant type in the app and Ivy automatically adjusts its watering schedule to match.
